Twinkle Bell is a Shih Tzu/Beagle mix who's about a year old.  She is 18 pounds and won't get much larger.  She is a very sweet girl who loves to socialize.  

Twinkle Bell is great with other dogs and kids.  We don't know if she is good with cats.  She is crate trained but may need some work with house training.

She is with her owners right now, but they are not home enough for her.  She would be great with someone who is home often and would love to have another dog to play with.  She needs a fenced yard for her to play in.
