It's hard to believe that someone would have dumped poor Delilah Rose, but it is true.  She is such smart and friendly dog who loves everyone.  Delilah Rose is about 5 months old as of October.  She is so much fun and has the ability to brighten anyone's day.  She needs a new home but can use a foster home right away if someone is looking for a new friend.
