Hello -- My name is MacLeod.  My former family that I loved and trusted treated me with disrespect and neglected me.  I was terrified of the little dog that they allowed to torment me and was sickly and overall very unhappy.  I was so scared when I heard them tell the vet that they wanted me euthanized because I was restless and meowed too much!  Thank goodness that my foster mom rescued me and I was saved from certain death.  I am now very healthy and happy in my foster home and I can't believe that life can be so good.  My foster mom tells me that there is even more out there for me including a real family that won't break my trust or neglect me, but instead love me unconditionally!  I love being around the other cats at my foster home and believe it or not, I don't mind being around dogs as long as they are not mean to me.  I have to admit that I do love to talk, but my foster mom says I have a beautiful voice and that she loves hearing it!  I am so glad nobody yells at me now for just speaking my mind!  I patiently await my forever family.  I can't wait to meet them and spend the rest of my life loving them and being loved by them. 

**MacLeod is a 7 year old neutered male that is also declawed.  He had urinary issues in the past but his veterinarian believes it was due to having a very stressful environment.  Since he has been in our program he has not had any further urinary issues.  He is now searching for his second chance at life.  He got his name because he is an "immortal" due to him being saved from death.
