Tipsy is the cutest little baby!! She is about 2-3 months old and weighs 13.6 pounds. She is a Beagle/Feist mix with a short tail. Her owner didn't want her anymore so a nice family took her in to foster her until we can find her forever home. They are working on her potty training as we speak. Tipsy loves to sleep in the bed with her foster parents and supplies them with many kisses. She plays with her toys and will share them with the other dogs in the home.
