Toto is a 2 year old, 11 pound adorable Terrier.  He is looking for a new home since his family can't care for him.  

Toto is 100% Terrier which means he is brave, mischievous, energetic, active, fearless, independent, playful and cheerful.  He is a breed that needs an experienced owner.  Toto is a sweet boy and feels he has a job to protect.  He barks at anyone that comes to the home, he will run the perimeter of the fence until he gets used to his surroundings and he is protecting his food bowl from the human.  He is in a foster home so they are working on this to let him know that they have that job, not him.  

Toto is not good on a leash, we are assuming he has never been on one before.  He will need a secure fenced yard and someone that will continue his leash training.  His foster mom is working on his house training.

He has been good with other dogs, but we haven't tried him with cats or kids yet.  Since he is protecting his food right now we feel a home without small children would be best.  All that said Toto is a great dog that just needs a little work to become the dog he is supposed to be.
