Tuna, known as Luna to her foster mom, is a five month old lab mix puppy, she currently weighs 20 pounds
Tuna was found stray and wasn't handled as a young pup, so she is skittish around people. She is making good progress on her social skills ar her foster home, but will need a little patience at her new forever home while she adjusts to new surroundings. She likes a light whole body massage and has begun to ask for petting.
Tuna likes other dogs and enjoys playing with her foster siblings. She lives with several other dogs of various size and gets along with them all.
She has learned to go into her crate voluntarily (she knows she will get a biscuit) and settles down quietly. She's learning to sit for her biscuit, as well.
At first she was afraid to be outside, but now that she's gained confidence with going out, her house training is steadily improving. A fenced yard is
required for her safety when outdoors.
Tuna is a sweet girl with a happy disposition who just needs a loving home so she can become the dog she wants to be.
