We need a miracle that can only come from a person with a huge heart.  Mo is a 12 year old Shih Tzu, he currently weighs 12 pounds.  Mo is a very sweet and loving dog who has had a horrible 2020 like the rest of us.  

Mo's mommy passed away in May and she was very sick before hand.  Mo would board at the vet's office when she was in the hospital so he has been there on and off since January.  His mom's family reached out to us for help and we are just heart broken over this.  One of our volunteers worked at a daycare where Mo's mommy used to bring him.  She remembers how much his mom loved him and he was the center of her world.  

Mo doesn't have any family that can take him in because he does have a lot of health issues.  He has glaucoma and dry eyes that need daily drops in them.  The glaucoma is painful so he needs to have medication and medical checks.  Of course since he is a Shih Tzu he has skin allergies that he is on medication for.  Mo was also diagnosed with Cushings disease in 2017 and has bloodwork done for that.  He really needs a loving and caring home that can help him live the rest of his life happily.  

Right now we would love to find a foster home for him so that we can get him out of the vet's office.  He is great with other dogs.  If you would like to meet Mo please fill out an application from our website.
