Buster is about 2 1/2 years old and around 45 pounds.  He is a lab mix, maybe with Beagle. 

Buster was chained up for 2 whole years of his life, but our volunteers were keeping a close eye on him.  They made sure he had a warm dog house with shavings and got him set up with a runner.  He always had someone bringing him food and water with hopes that his owner would give him up. 

Our lucky day finally arrived about 6 months ago!!!  Buster's owner moved and left him for us to find a home for him. He is a very loving dog and always so excited to see everyone.  Buster is great with the other dogs.  We are not sure how he is with cats or small animals. 

Buster loves his foster daddy but he really needs a forever home to call his own.  He likes to be with people so he is going to need someone that is home often. He would also like a brother or sister dog to keep him company. He cannot wait to find a family that is going to care for him like he deserves.
